Items not eligible for returns: Opened packages, refrigerated insulin items requiring continuous cooling, or items returned after 7 days from delivery. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Card) within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Policy
PureShefa dispatches shipments every single day. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM inside Dhaka City are delivered on the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM will be queued for the following morning.
For districts outside Dhaka (Chittagong, Sylhet, etc.), deliveries take approximately 48 to 72 hours via our logistics partners. Freshness and quality are guaranteed.
